WEICHAI DEUTZ Engine for Reliable Loading Power
The ZT930U is powered by a 92 kW WEICHAI DEUTZ WP6G six-cylinder engine, providing the power reserve needed for repeated loading and short-distance material handling underground. YUCHAI and Cummins engine options are also available for customers with different powertrain preferences.
Matched Torque Converter and Transmission for Smooth Loading
A SHANTUI YJ315 torque converter works with the BYD4208 transmission gearbox to deliver smooth power transfer during loading and travel. The matched drivetrain helps the single-boom loader maintain controlled movement when approaching the pile, filling the bucket and carrying material away from the loading point.
Protected Braking for Controlled Underground Travel
The ZT930U uses an air-over-hydraulic braking system with caliper brakes and brake protection, providing controlled stopping during underground operation. A wet brake axle is available for applications requiring an alternative braking configuration.
Mining-Specific Axle with Automatic Bucket Leveling
The YUNYU ZL30 wheel reduction axle is developed for mining machinery applications, while the automatic bucket leveling function helps return the bucket to a consistent position after loading. This can make repeated loading cycles easier for the operator and reduce unnecessary bucket adjustment.
Built-In Protection for Demanding Work Cycles
An overload protection system, protected disc brakes, LED front and rear lights and an alarm lamp are integrated into the machine to support safer and more controlled operation. These features are particularly useful when the machine is repeatedly working under demanding underground conditions.
Water-Based Exhaust Cleaning for Confined Work Areas
The ZT930U uses a water-based exhaust gas cleaning system to treat engine exhaust before it enters the working environment. An optional oxidation catalyst device from Canada is also available, giving customers an additional exhaust-treatment configuration for underground applications.
Configurable Attachments for Different Coal-Mine Tasks
The ZT930U can be configured with joystick control, wheel protection chains, smooth anti-puncture narrow tires, a side-dump bucket, breaking hammer or narrow bucket without teeth. These options allow the same coal mine loader platform to be adapted to different tunnel widths, ground conditions and material-handling requirements.
